The Oratory's catering is contracted to Holroyd Howe, who are committed to serving fresh food using highly skilled professionals. They provide balanced meals using chefs who have the experience to ensure they produce the best, both daily and at special functions.
Their ethos and commitment to providing great fresh food served by well-trained people who really care has remained consistent. They approach food service with a simple, no fuss attitude, using the best British ingredients, nothing processed, nothing added, just honest great food every day.
The school has regular Food Committee meetings with the pupils and Holroyd Howe work closely to ensure that they make every effort to meet their requirements while listening to their suggestions.
Menus are appetising and well balanced and include meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes from the main counter, freshly-made soups, jacket potatoes, self-service salads, a choice of desserts and ample fresh fruit.
The chefs are able to cater for a range of dietary requirements including gluten-free, vegan etc and all pupils have the opportunity to comment on what they receive or would like to receive through regular meetings of the Food Committee.
