The Oratory's Pupil Magazine, 'The Buzz' is back!

Oratory pupils are delighted to bring back 'The Buzz'! The Oratory's school magazine written by students, for students. Arisa, Editor-in-Chief writes:
"Over the past term, our students have poured a tremendous amount of energy, creativity, and care into writing, editing, and preparing the stories you’ll find in these pages.
This edition showcases a mix of reports on school events to thoughtful student perspectives and imaginative creative pieces.
Together, these articles reflect the ideas, passions, and experiences that make our school community so distinctive.
We hope you enjoy exploring this issue as much as our writers enjoyed bringing it to life. Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm; it means a great deal to the students who contribute. We look forward to sharing even more voices, stories, and creativity in the issues to come."
Miss Rodwell, Head of Oratory English, says "This term, we made a deliberate choice not to set a theme or impose any particular direction on our writers. Instead, we encouraged students to follow their curiosity wherever it led them. The result is a wonderfully eclectic mix of pieces: from Noah’s fascination with the mysteries of Saturn, to Naomi’s thoughtful reflections on the role of television in our lives, to Francis’ passionate celebration of rugby and the community it creates.
What you’ll find in these pages isn’t traditional school news, but something we believe is far more meaningful — a space for our students to explore, imagine, and express the interests that genuinely inspire them. We hope this issue reflects the joy and creativity that come from giving young people the freedom to write about what they love most. Happy reading!"
We look forward to sharing highlights from 'The Buzz' over the next few weeks.
