The Oratory provides transport services for families who live beyond the immediate reaches of Woodcote, Oxfordshire
The Oratory campus is an inspiring and safe setting, occupying 100 acres on a country estate in Oxfordshire. The school has excellent transport links to the M4 and M40 and is easily accessible from London and the major airports. London Heathrow Airport is just a 45 minute drive away.
Pupils travel from far and wide to attend The Oratory School. There are a range of convenient weekly and daily travel options to make the school accessible for all, whether you are interested in day, flexi, weekly or full boarding.
Travelling to The Oratory
By Public Bus
There is a regular public bus service from Reading to Oxford that stops outside The Oratory School.

By Train
The Oratory is situated within easy reach of Reading Station. Trains run from London Paddington to Reading station every 5 to 10 minutes weekdays and take around 30 minutes. A bus route to and from Reading Train Station for pupils runs daily each morning and evening.
The Elizabeth Line at Reading provides fast access to West London, an excellent alternative to main line travel, and easily accessible connections with London Underground.
By Air
London Heathrow Airport is a 45 minute drive by car or taxi from the school. Heathrow is the UK’s largest airport with regular scheduled flights to most international destinations.
By Road
The school is located close to both the M4 and M40 motorways and is less than an hour’s drive by car or taxi from central London.
