Daisy joined The Oratory School in Year 9 from St Andrew's Prep, Berkshire, on an Art & Design Scholarship and immediately took full advantage of the opportunities offered to her. She wanted to find a school that equalled the supportive and nurturing ethos of St Andrew’s and develop the foundations that had already been laid – The Oratory has been the perfect match.

Daisy has tried everything from Real Tennis and Duke of Edinburgh to Hockey and Combined Cadet Force (CCF). Her boundless curiosity to see more, try more and achieve more has, naturally, led her to become more. She excelled at GCSE, over-achieving her expectations, led her House to debate team victory, and earned the rank of Sergeant in the Army section of the CCF and is currently the CCF Senior Under Officer. Daisy is now embracing all that Oratory 6th Form life has to offer and will be taking her A Levels this summer in 3D Design, Biology, and Spanish. 

Dr Victoria Fogg, Assistant Head (Community and Culture) and Wootten Housemaster, attributes Daisy's School Captain appointment to “her leadership, her integrity, her reasoning skills and, perhaps especially, her kindness.”

Lieutenant Colonel Scott Bosher, Contingent Commander of The Oratory School CCF, says “Since arriving at The Oratory School, Daisy has shown that she is a great leader, no more so than in the CCF. Her ability to lead from the front in various aspects of the cadet syllabus has seen her rise through the rank structure, culminating in her becoming our Senior Under Officer. This has happened through hard work and determination, coupled with the desire to do her best. Daisy has the skills to be able to lead both new recruits up to the most senior cadets in her charge.”
