There was a fantastic turnout for auditions of our Senior Production 'The Watsons', and congratulations to those in the cast. Rehearsals are now well underway, and we are looking forward to welcoming audiences to the theatre in February 2027.

Last week, our 4th Form GCSE Drama students and 3rd Form Drama Scholars enjoyed a fantastic workshop with Kerry Frampton from Splendid Productions, exploring ways into devising through physical theatre. We were delighted to be joined by students from The Holt School, and it was wonderful to see them exchanging contact details at the end of the session to keep in touch with one another!

Finally, this week, 57 of our GCSE and A Level Drama students visited Woking Theatre to see The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time. The trip forms an important part of their GCSE and A Level studies, as students will be drawing on their experience of the production in their exams. It was a fantastic trip and a pleasure to see our students experiencing live theatre, with some enjoying their first ever theatre visit. We were especially proud when a member of the public stopped Mrs Ring to compliment our students on their impeccable behaviour and excellent theatre etiquette. A wonderful reflection of our students and the school.
